The Challenge
The Challenge
One of the biggest challenges was designing for the Canadian market — a space I was initially unfamiliar with. I had limited knowledge of local commuting patterns, cultural expectations, and how ride-hailing systems typically operate in that context. The task required me to understand and adapt to a transportation ecosystem I hadn’t personally experienced.

The Solution
The Solution
To overcome this, I conducted extensive research — analyzing popular Canadian ride-hailing apps like Uber, Lyft, and Careem. Based on these insights, I designed a clean, user-friendly mobile experience with clear ride-booking, tracking, and payment flows for riders, and efficient trip management and earnings tracking tools for drivers. The result is a thoughtful, dual-experience app that supports smooth and transparent transportation interactions.
